Fundraiser: Rummage Sale Clean-Up & Drop-Off

Please participate in our troop service project and fundraising activity where we bag and box leftover items after the May 10 Church Rummage Sale. We need all scouts and parents to help with this activity. Boxes and packing material (mainly tape, some paper for fragile items) will be needed and can be dropped off at the church prior to the rummage sale. Also – please clean out your closets and ask neighbors to donate books, used clothes and shoes- we have a goal of raising $500 for the troop. There is a book bonus if we collect 700 lbs (25 boxes). Items will be dropped off at Savers in Fair Lakes after clean-up. PLEASE RSVP AND COMMENT IF YOU HAVE AN SUV/TRUCK/MINIVAN FOR TRANSPORT. 
Prior to May 10bring boxes and packing materials to meetings. Boxes of all sizes work!
May 10 – Arrive at Church of the Good Shepherd (COGS) at 12:15 PM to begin clean-up/pack up of Church rummage sale remaining items; our drop off time at Savers is TBD, but anticipated at 2PM or 3PN. Drop off/unload takes about 30-min + travel time from COGS to Savers.
